Fujifilm's official One Lens, One Story series ran for 12 installments in 2015. The compact essays explain the design intent behind early XF lenses and the XF1.4X teleconverter. The list below is sorted by the publication date shown on each Fujifilm page, newest first.

For installments 11 and 12, the catalog links point to the XF1.4X TC WR and to the exact XF50–140mmF2.8 lens used throughout both articles. A teleconverter has no diagram of its own: its page opens it mounted on that lens.

The History of FUJINON

Fujifilm's seven-part History of FUJINON traces its optical work from early glassmaking and large-format lenses through lens-design computation, EBC coatings, the GX680 system, and CM FUJINON lenses.

FUJINON Speed Lenses: Rebirth of the Legend

Rebirth of the Legend connects Fujifilm's 1950s FUJINON Speed Trio to its fast X-mount primes, explaining the continuity in design goals for sharpness, contrast, bokeh, and focal-length selection.

GFX100RF Fixed-Lens Development

Fujifilm's four-part GFX100RF development story treats the camera and its fixed lens as one design. Volume 03 concentrates entirely on the 35mmF4 lens, including its compact optical layout, aspherical elements, leaf shutter, Nano GI coating, and autofocus mechanism; volume 02 covers the lens team's proposal for a very compact fixed lens on a large-format body. Volumes 01 and 04 are format heritage and industrial design.
